Appartement très bien. Terrasse agréable. Emplacement vraiment parfait, très près de la plage et des commerces. Le vieux centre de Nice est aussi accessible à pied.

Appartamento più grande della media al 5 piano di una palazzina storica con ascensore a 10 minuti dal centro e dalle fermate del tram. Pulito con tutti i servizi al proprio interno. Consigliato a chi non vuole rinunciare allo spazio e alla comodità.

This is a really nice apartment for 3-4 people to stay. The equipment in the kitchen is new and tidy. The air conditioners work well in the two bedroom. It was a great experience in Nice.

The place was lovely -- a great location, walkable distance from old Nice, and very accessible by bus. The place was clean, spacious, perfect for 2-3 people. It was close to many restaurants and supermarkets, and a very quick walk to the beach. Salvatore was great with communication and responded quickly to our questions. We did have to ask for bed linens to be delivered for the pull out couch, which was inconvenient that they weren't readily available. But overall, a wonderful stay!
